This was the first day camp he's every attended. He had no idea what camp was like. When I told him he'd be designing his own video game he was excited. As the week got closer, his mother said he was saying he didn't want to go. He had a tough year at school and we found out he thought camp would be just like school. We couldn't convince him of course. I just asked him to trust me and if he didn't like it he could go home after the first day. Well, he ended up enjoing the camp and was very proud of his project and that he learned to through a frisbee. I opted for the day camp because of the expense, and it turned out to be the best option for both of us. He's already asking if he go back next year to see his counselor again.
